COURT ORDER SETTLEMENT - APOLOGY FROM NAMIBIA ESTATE AGENTS BOARD AFTER 8 YEARS!!

In April 2008, the Namibia Estate Agents Board unethically closed the doors of Pam Golding Properties (CEO - Daphne Swanepoel) after receiving 3 x false complaints from a Cameroon, Tony Mbok, which was not under oath. The disciplinary committee proceeded with the disciplinary hearing in the absence of Mrs Daphne Swanepoel while she was in hospital and withdrew the Fidelity Fund Certificate and closed the doors of Pam Golding Properties. Mrs Daphne Swanepoel won the High Court Case in July 2008, to open Pam Golding Proprieties's doors in July and then she sewed the Namibia Estate Agents Board for damages. After 8 years the Namibia Estate Agents Board offered mrs. Daphne Swanepoel a settlement which was a court order that they also publish in the newspapers an apology to her and Pam Golding Properties for the damages and hardship they have caused.
